Since 1993, my building companies have built more than 400 custom homes and remodels, including homes in Flintrock Falls, Lakeway, Hills of Lakeway, Apache Shores, Dripping Springs, Spicewood, Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay.
Then, in 2013, after completing a Southern Living Showcase Home in Lago Vista, we (Silverton Custom Homes Inc) were awarded 2013 Southern Living Builder of the Year.
It was then that I decided to sell that business so that I could better focus on you, the client, and have more time to be personally involved in the design and the building of your new home. I get great enjoyment out of being a part of every design session and then being the one on site to personally superintend all of the details of the design. .
As a team made up of the architect, builder, and most importantly, you the client, we are focused on your dreams the way YOU want it done. Bob Shelton, Architect, has an amazing ability to listen for what you see for your home. We work as a team through the design, setting the budget, making all of the selections, and then I am on site building your new home. And it gives me great joy to see you move in to the home of your dreams.
